Yes, thats right, those items are yours, and no one should claim.
However, for future you may please place NOTICE in your business premises as well as on Receipts, you are issuing for Booking Amount ( event if it is 100%), some thing like,................. collect with in 30 days from due date, other wise 'Caring and Warehousing Cost' at particular rate ( some reasonable rate by volume or weight per month) shall be charged. However, customer shall loose the lien on booking amount after one year if not collected. Business is getting complex day by day. You may take help of an Advocate in the context.

I appreciate, your concern for sold goods for nine years. Assuming ! What are you dealing with ?

Apparel & Accessories, Jewellery, or some other items, which are usualy made to order or tailor made !!!!!!! :))..

put a notice up in or on the door of your premises to state that the goods must be collected within 28 days.,...they are then yours if the goods are not collected....however if they are claimed then you have the right to charge for the storage space used for 9 years, which will probably mean that the owner wouldnt want the goods anyway.

Think so. Think you only have to hold on to things for about 6/7 years
