You are suppose to change them every two days.
I never sleep on the pretty sheets i put on my bed. I always put a sheet over that to sleep. it s necessary when you do everything in there,
But every week is not bad. Daily is wasting soap powder.

I would at the very least do it weekly. But if they get dirty more often from like activity then as often as needed.
