we were both under 18, with parental consent but one parent lied stating that one was a year older to make sure the judge would allow the marriage because one was only 15 years old.

Well this depends... Where did you get married? Different states have different laws. But I would say the marriage is probably void, due to the lie. Most states have a law that persons 16 or older can get married with parental consent, but under that age you may be in trouble, and your parents may get into trouble for this!

just like she said its legal with parental consent. you might know this all ready but in some countries girls as young as 14 get married to guys who are like 30 or something like that.

I am not shure you would have to check with the states rules on where you were married but theres a good chance since you lied that it's not valid

Depends on state law. My guess is it's invalid if they had to lie to make it work that day. But do look the ages up for that state.

If you falsified the documents (by lying about the age), then no. It can also mean that you have broken the law.
