No, I dont think he can be. Voldemort can't make a Horcux accidentally. If Harry was a Horcux he would be more evil, cause he'd have part of Voldemort in him. Why would Voldemort keep trying to kill Harry if he was a Horcux? Even if Harry was a Horcux that wouldnt mean he'd have to die, 'cause remember the ring? Dumbledore just said its not a Horcux any more. So there's a way to un-horcux it, without killing. But I dont think Harry's the last Horcux.
And get the prophecy rite people! Its: AND EITHER MUST DIE AT THE HAND OF THE OTHER FOR NIETHER CAN LIVE WHILE THE OTHER SURVIVES..." So that just means one of them has to die for the other one to get on with his life.

Oh the controversy!! I don't know if he is a "horcrux" but there certainly is a connection between him and Voldemort. I don't see that really because I think Rowling would be reluctant to have Harry commit suicide, and if Voldemort kills Harry then he will die also, that would amount to Harry letting himself be killed, and that would be akin to a suicide. Maybe Voldemort will be like Anakin Skywalker and turn back from the dark side at the last minute, or something like that. Or Harry's power of love will make him melt away like the wicked witch in Oz.

Harry is not a horcrux.
Do you remember what happened to Quirrel in the 1st book when he touched Harry? What about when Lord V tried to possess Harry at the Ministry of Magic during the 5th book.
Coming into contact with Harry hurts Lord V just as much as it hurts Harry. I don't believe Harry or Lord V's Horcrux would be able to survive if Harry was indeed a horcrux.

I think it's a good possibility. Makes the whole 'neither can die while the other survives' (sorry, probably don't have the prophecy right) make a little more sense.....
