Oh yeah, I remember that. I think it was called The Wizzard. It was kind of dumb. It was hyped up but never lived up to it and disappeared quick.

There was a short-lived series in the 1986-87 season called The Wizard starring David Rapaport. He was a 4 foot tall inventor who would create toy-like gadgets to get himself out of trouble.
