No, it's actually a waste of money. If you're really worried about the legalities of it, I'd recommend leasing a residential property through a property management company instead if you can afford it. It's a lot cheaper and they can do it for you for as long as you want to lease out your property. If you change tenants you have to continually hire a lawyer to change the terms on your lease agreement.

Well Opinions are like lawyers everyone has one. Not liked very much until you need one. Just like I would not recommend that you jump off a cruise ship in the middle of the voyage if you don't know how to swim.
I recommend a knowledgable real estate licensee and have a legal begal review the final paper work before you sign.
