Love means you want the best for the other person.
Lust is a chemical thing, and you don't have to mean you want sex to jus be selfishly lustful.
The person who doesn't know how to let go when the other person needs her to, is indeed sick.
The person who knows how to get her needs met but respects the other person's needs, is in love.
Which are you talking about?
