That depends on personal preferences. But to many people's surprise Camden, NJ always seems to make the top-10 highest crime rate cities in the US. It was number 1 last year because it's a smaller city with too much crime. While Newark in New Jersey (Bigger, and probably as bad) Doesn't make the top-10 due to the crime rate to density ratio. Detroit, Chicago, NYC... most places have their areas to be cautious around. Just learn to be cautious around them.

5Th ward Louisiana--still in disarray and high crimes due to aggravation of citizens....

haha nick dunno bout chicago being on that list but i have to say that in terms of driving, chicago takes the cake. thy just issue drivers license to any nut job on the streets. look at all the teens killing each other in car crashes. above twenty in the past month. just last two nights three university undergrads crashed their sports mazda at lower wacker and buned to death. impatient drivers, people cutting you off, people trying to make a quick left when they see you coming in full speed despite the fact that you have the right of way, hence forcing you to slam on the break a little to avoid a nasty collision, hence obstructing your speed flow

i live in miami and its cosidered to be the poorest city in the u.s. second to louisiana.
