All for it.
Kids who need parents + couples who want to be parents = a good thing.
Period.

I am for it and I am a gay man. I'm sure since society is run by 'heterosexual' men, I'm sure they'd be fine with 2 women raising the kid. As everything with lesbians to straight men seems to be hot, but gay men are horrible to them.
Personally I don't think it matters if it's 2 women, 2 men, or 1 of each raising a child, I think as long as there is love and the ability to take care of the child, they should have kids. I think if you have the parenting ability, you could be a great parent.

Ask any child who has one parent raising them which is about 65% of kids. Gay couples should be able to adopt, male or female. Maybe they can show people the right way, especially the men. Straight absentee fathers are everywhere

There's still a long way before adoption by same sex couples will be accepted. But it is a very good idea to ensure that children are raised in a loving home.

I'm for loving, honest, caring, hardworking, devoted parents adopting children who need these loving homes! PERIOD
All children DESERVE a loving, safe environment to grow up in, regardless of gender make up of the parents.
What children don't need is to be lost in a foster care system, abusive, neglective and dangerous environments of any sort.
I was raised by a father who was adopted, my son has been pseudo-adopted by my partner. My father was raised in a "traditional" opposite gender parented home, my son in a same-sex parented home. Both are wonderful people. My father and my son are both caring, talented, hardworking, honest, open minded and accepting, compassionate, loyal friends and genderally good people.
It simply doesn't matter what the gender make up of the parents are as long as the environment is nurturing, loving and safe.

Sorry but I find these questions ignorant and offensive. I know by my own experience and I would think most people would know this that even straight couples make s hit parents. So why would anyone assume that it is the sexual orientation of the parent that makes for a happy well adjusted child? Rifuckindiculous!

For you that think I don't have Gay Friends *YOUR WRONG*
It's because of the problems I do see I have that I present questions to you all on this forum...
It's not that ALL people don't have problems but GAY Couples have uniqe ones that I think need to be addressed in light of what is happening in the world..
Kids are hard to raise in itself with the way the world is..
There is No Beaver Cleaver Dads
But at some point Children need the influence of a loving Man and Woman that is nature's way the reason thier is so many screwed up people in the world is because of bad parenting I parent households and as a society we reap what these Kids do or don't do

What's to wonder? The foster homes are choked with unwated and abused kids. Every day at work, I see kids who are ill due to negligence and abuse. Unless the blue-hair group step up the plate instead of beyatching about gay people, then this is a non issue for me.

Well everyone raised children to be nice, caring, good people. Why should your sexual orientation matter. Your not going to raise your kid up always knowing about sex. Later on in life they will figure it out and deal with it. Till then yeah, adopt a child and teach it qualities that will help them in life and the means to be a good person. Later on they will figure out everything else fits in.

Do you have any idea how many children there are that need to be adopted? Why would it make an ounce of difference what sexuality the parents are? As long as they can provide a loving, stable home the rest just does not matter.
