There is no sure way to tell just by looking at the woman because different women show different signs/symptoms. I for one acted normal and had no clue I was pregnant till I missed my period. Usual symptoms of pregnancy...morning sickness, mood swings, etc...don't actually go into full gear till they are a couple of weeks pregnant already....and even at that...some don't even have those symptoms at all and could go through the entire pregnancy just "fine"....
But to answer your question...morning sickness is probably the best symptom to look for together with the mood swings...it all goes back to the HORMONAL changes a woman goes through the moment they are pregnant...hope that helps

I guess if she has missed a period and is feeling nauseous and sleepy all the time. I think the best way is a pregnancy test although with both of my babies my grandma just looked at me at said i was pregnant, i guess because i carry weight in my face or something. Good luck anyway!

You want to know pregnancy symptoms? Well some women have swollen sore breasts, some have slight cramps, others have implantation spotting...which sometimes they think is their period. Others have morning sickness...some start to pee a lot. Tiredness is also a symptom..so are backaches or headaches. And a lot of women get dizziness. Oh yeah, and a missed period. That's a sure-fire sign.

the way u can tell that a women(s) is pregnant is if her stomach is getting bigger and kind of hard. she may miss her cycle(periods) by months.

You can't tell by looking at them until they are around 5-6 months pregnant when their tummy starts to bulge.

A PREGNANCY TEST is usually the best way to find out. and this is usually done after a missed period.
