I'm not, but it's a good day to celebrate. Any holiday that brings on the green beer is my kind of holiday.

I am of Scottish and Irish background. I recognize the holiday but do not celebrate it as I am protestant and would have to wear orange. this would lead to all kinds of confusion and then war would break out again and it would be my fault.
However, when I drank, I could outdrink any "Irishman". I could out party (still can). I have the Blarney and the luck of the Irish. And I love good Irish jokes. matter of fact I have some as relatives. LOL

All my grand parents came from Ireland. I celebrate St. Patrick's Day. My house is decorated with all kinds of cool stuff. This is my favorite time of year!

My husband is so I've got some Irish in me every once in awhile. OHH!!
We celebrate by going to LOZ ( Lake of the Ozarks) and getting plastered on a boat while going from bar to bar on the lake.
