Which months? As some months are longer than others, 2/3 of 19 months that span January to July the following year is different to 2/3 of 19 months that span from March to September to the year after that.
If you want just an average, or pro-rata, assume 52 weeks to a year, so that makes an average month:
52 weeks / 12 months
= 4.33 weeks.
So 2/3 of 19 average months is:
2/3 x (19 x 4.33)
= 54.85 weeks
or 383 days 22 hours 14 minutes and 52.8 seconds.

Well what is 1/3 of 19?
19 devided by 3= 6.3
So to get 2/3 you multiply 6.3 with 2 :
6.3 x 2 = 12.6
so it's just over 12 and 1/2 months

If I understand correctly, your Additional Details indicate your problem is knowing how to multiply by 2/3.
2/3 means multiply by 2 and divide by 3.
So multiply 19 by 2 = 38
then divide 38 by 3 = 12.6667 (which is just over 12 and a half months).

Then I multiplied .66.... by 19 giving me: 12.666666666666660 (with fourteen 6s)
