By volume, it's California strictly due to the population and men to women ratio. South Beach in Miami has the greatest concentration per capita, but most of them are from somewhere else. Really, there are beautiful women all over the world. You might see the most beautiful woman you have ever seen in Wyoming or The Dakotas. It varies. I've been in the Navy, performed around the country and traveled extensively and can honestly, no state has more than another
