My husband and I would like to move to Colorado and we're looking for a city that:

- is not too too pricey to live in
- has nice scenery
- is clean and safe
- has good schools (in case we decide to have a family)
- and lots of fun stuff to do (parks, nightlife, etc.)

Anyone from Colorado that could share their personal opinion?

Denver is good if you like the city and sports events - we have all 4 major sports.

There is a lot to do in Colorado springs as well; it's really pretty and if you have a government security clearance there are plenty of job opportunities

The mountain towns such as Apsen, Vail, Breckenridge are beautiful but can be very pricey

I have been to boulder and fort collins while working in Denver for 4 months. I liked those 2 cities the best, more laid back, growing communities and smaller downtown area nightlife and shopping.

Dolores.

It's on a real river you can walk down and through.
It is a beautifull full seasoned place without many temperature extremes. The housing is still affordable. Bring your job with you and you will live like a king in paradise.

Breckenridge is beautiful, clean, fun, and non-snobby. I'm from KC and drive there to visit every year.
