Disregarding friction and air resistance, they would reach the bottom at the same time (acceleration due to gravity is constant for all objects, regardless of mass or shape).
The coin would have a smaller moment, though, so the ring would have more momentum when they reached the bottom.

The coin will have larger acceleration and
will reach the bottom first.
Because coin has smaller moment of inertia,
less energy goes into its rotation, and more
into translational motion compared to the ring.

i'd say the coin will reach the bottom first.
the reason i say that is because although both have a same mass but the mass of the ring is mostly outside and the mass is too far away from its axis. It is very hard to pack the mass together to get the ring roll.

a) coin For clarification, you may confer with financial ruin on rotational action in Physics theory - XI of my loose tutorial web page arranged as a factor of my activity indexed under. abcasdfj whether the assertion of your answer is real, rolling isn't a threat if the incline is frictionless. On a frictionless floor, they are able to slide purely and not roll. Sonchand you have spoke back very nicely and are available to the only right suited end. Thumbs up for answering nicely.

The ring, as its mass is all distrubuted on the outside, providing it with more ROTATIONAL INERTIA.
A hollow cylinder will accelerate faster down a ramp than a solid one of the same mass.
(This is basic A-Level physics)

im gonna guess. galileo proved that falling bodies of different mass fall at the same rate,(i think) so unless the coin had milled edges , i think they would get there at the same time , i donno im just a dumb bricklayer...
