i have about 4 out of 5 signs that i might be pregant and i was just wondering if every one has the same signs

The only way to be sure is to either get a home pregnancy test (EPT is good) or to go to your doctor.
I had these signs:
late period
tender breasts
morning sickness
tiredness
moodiness (more than usual!)
had to pee a lot!

Not everyone will have same symptoms or even all of the symptoms. I have never had nausea with either of my pregnancies, however I was full of energy with 1st and now pregnant with 2nd (12 weeks) have just recovered from bout of exhaustion...
Breast tenderness is usually commonplace, however it came much earlier with my first... With my 2nd it was about 6-8 weeks that it showed up.

Not everyone has the same signs, but something that everyone will have is a positive pregnancy test. Take a pregnancy test and you will know for sure.
I never had the morning sickness.

No. everyone's different. and will continue to have differences throughout your pregnancy. some major differences, and some really small. My twin sister had practically no symptoms from start to finish other than a missed period and a growing belly-- Me?- I have had every symptom possible, frequent urination, big sore breast, nausia, swollen feet..... both healthy normal pregnancies and babies!

signs or no signs the best way to tell is to take the test. some people have no signs at all.

nope not at all. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and the only time I feel pregnant is when the baby kicks.

My biggest symptom (before I missed my period) was sore and swollen boobs.
