Study. Hard. Theres no way to put information into your brain without hard work. Go back to basics, Read books, Look up things online, and study really hard until you get it. Try listening to some music. Apparently Classical is the best for encouraging thought and study. I'd say drink coffee, but you're fourteen.. See if any of your friends are having trouble, and have them round to compare notes and learn from each other...
Theres no easy way to learn anything, You have to pay attention, Study hard, and basically you'll go far.

Are you good at video games?
Math has rules and they don't change like video games. If you get to the end and a guy jumps out on the left, shoots you, and you have to play that level again you know next time that guy's going to be there and shoot him first.
Look at the problems and look for the trick. For example fractions 8/12 = 4/6 = 2/3 = 0.66666666
You just have to remember that whatever you divide the top by you also divide the bottom by to get the next fraction and that the fraction is really a math equation. For example 8/12 is really 8 divided by 12. This means that if you have 8/12 divided by 8/12 the answer is 1 or 8/12 times 12/8 (if you invert the fraction you divide by then you can multiply).
Just look for the trick and you'll find it will work for all those types of problems (whatever the problem).

No tutor or tutoring service makes it rough. Do you understand the concepts that the teacher is presenting. Try and relate it to the real world which I know is difficult with math. If you are having it rough in Math then there must be somebody in you class who is good at it. Get them to help you. If you have a subject you are good at then maybe you can offer a swap. Have you asked your parents for help. Math difficulties are not hereditary so maybe your mother could help. Worst case scenario, just do every problem in the text book and the ones you get wrong the first time, do them again tomorrow.
Good luck.

Do not depend in too much on calculator and other machine. Use your brain instead of the computer brain. The more you depend on machine the more it will be hard to underhand the concept of machine.
Before you do any thing try to undertand the concept or thoery. The is it. The rest is just based on that.
Remember the great mathematician did not have scientific calculator. Do you know Pythagorean did not have a pen?

Do your homework. If that doesn't work do some extra problems. Practice will make you good at math.
Math is an intuitive thing sort like using a computer is an intuitive thing. If you wanted to be good with computers you would need to spend a lot of time using them to become proficient.

oh! study but in your own personal liking.
I suck at math and my mom told me the same thing last year so i decided to study how i wanted to. what i do is lock my door to my room get out my mathbook and homework and turn on my music loud so i can concentrate on my homework becuase music helps me concentrate and with no distractions it makes it easier.
what also helps is if you can little things that can help you understand the work.

Your teacher is always there to help... getting help from the smartest kid in the class, another option. Again a TEACHER is always willing to help... even if it's a teacher from the past...
