Psychology is a science. Spirituality is another matter but they interact. Your mental well-being can be helped or hindered by your spiritual beliefs.

Why -vs- they can get along. I am spiritual and I am know physcology is a study of mind. Just cause my god is the same and at the same time not the same as your god does not mean they are -vs- each other, they can play on the whirly-go-round with us all!
