I have always hated that song. However, I kind of liked Chris's version. I don't know why the judges thought it was so bad. Yet they said ,although Blake should have left the one he did a classic, his version was not bad and I thought it sucked.

I've always liked the song and I liked what Chris done with it. I can't believe the judges hated it. They are always saying "take the song and make it your own" and then when Chris and Blake did that, they said "you shouldn't mess with the original." What is it guys? I think they are getting a little wishy-washy. Ok, Rant over! lol Thanks

i'm exceedingly particular that those familiar with the unique (like me), might agree that Sligh's version only would not adventure up. If every person is going to alter an old classic, it would ought to outdo its predecessor or be seen as subpar.

It was terrible.

The song is about deep longing, "Endless Love" and he sang it whispy like a memory.

He should have watched the movie. If he had he would have blasted that song.

He has a great voice but that arrangement was terrible.

I didn't care for it to much. It sounded to "Coldplay" for my taste.
