when i tried on a sweater i hadn't worn since college and realized it was a full size too big??? guess i shouldn't have stayed away from the weights as long as i did!

I weighed myself after spending a week down south at an all-inclusive resort with a grand buffet available 3 times a day. I realized I should have used the pool more for swimming than using it as a swim up bar.

The last roll of film I had delivered had a few pictures of me. The reality check was how much weight I've actually gained!!! It's one thing to know it, but when you see it............ain't no escaping that reality!!

graduating high school
I graduated from high school about 5 years ago. I went to a Catholic high school where everyone was rich, college bound and "pretty". About a year after that, I made friends with some real people and my bubble was quickly popped. Most people are not rich, college bound or "pretty".
It made me appreciate everything alot more and also made my decision to major in Social Work.
I know most people who read this will say "DUH" but my frame of reference was very limited at the time.

Finding out I have the "C" word, plus diabetes, and possibly CHF. sux to be sick. Sucks even more that I cant eat the food I once enjoyed. (bland city)
