It is common to have strange apins when you first become pregnant. Your body is making adjustments to prepare for the baby to grow. Probably nothing to worry about.

At 22 days, that makes you a month pregnant (month and a half if you aren't counting the 2 weeks prior to conception).
I don't think your hip pain is related but because of the hormone changes, it could be.
It's not the baby sitting on anything since the baby is a ball of cells still. It's not your hips separating since that won't happen for a few weeks yet.
If its anything related to this pregnancy it's hormones messing with you.
If it's more inside rather than joint pain, I'd call your doctor immediatly because that could be etopic.

Join the club. I'm 23 weeks and I get that occasionally. It's just your hips spreading out to make room for the baby. The only thing you can do is take tylenol or sleep with a pillow between your legs to relieve the pressure.

See your doctor and then a physiotherapist (do mention you're pregnant). I had hip pain because of bad posture at the beginning. A good physio will know what (not) to do to relieve the pain and strengthen the muscles.

go to the doctor ASAP. If you have not seen an OB call one right away. Hip pain is a sign of possible ectopic pregnancy which can be fatal. I did not have any hip pain. But i understand some can occur if implementation is on the side, it may be normal but please call an OB.

Chances are that the baby is sitting on your semniatic nerve. This is something that cannot be controlled, not even by medication. It will feel better when the baby decides to move positions. How do you know that you're exactly 22 days pregnant?

that's likely around ligament discomfort. it fairly is conventional and in maximum situations unavoidable. attempt eating extra water and keeping in stable shape. this ought to make the stretching much less painful whether it can not end. The ligaments ought to stretch to make room for the toddler.
