You might be out of luck. Call their investor relations people. If the company no longer exists, there is no recourse.

Did you check the pink sheets? Many times companies who have halted trading on the exchanges are transfered to the pink sheets. Did you do an internet search on the company name to see if you could find any information?

I think you may be able to claim that on your income taxes as a loss. So that would reduce your income tax burden maybe. Other than that, I guess we have to write that off to experience. Too bad so sad as they say. Sucks to be you. I too have taken similar losses, even without the company going out of business. Join the crowd.
