I recommend you do a little research with the B.O.S.E. Being community driven it’s a cross between a search engine and a Wikipedia. You can add, delete and improve the results for much more focused answers than a general search engine can provide.

Never, ever pay a start up fee. Lynie Arden, author of The Work-at-Home Sourcebook says 'Millions of women make money at home doing things like medical transcription or customer service'. Also try www.volition.com, Just log on and click "Get Paid' to find a huge list of companies that will pay you to work from home.

Around here they have a Data entry job that can be done at home. You dont have to pay anything, all you need is cable internet and a 20inch viewable monitor. They provide the CPU, with everything on it that you need. You should call around and see if you can find at home data entry jobs around you (anyone who asks you to pay something upfront isnt legit, stay away from them. Jobs pay you, not the other way around). Or you could go to a employment agency and see if they can place you with that kind of job. They'll usually take a percentage of your paycheck as a "hiring fee" for a while, like most agencies do. Of course to be good at data entry you have to be able to type about 40-50 accurate keystrokes per minute (numbers, and letters). If that's not your thing, the only other thing I can think of is starting an ebay business. My sister goes to rummage sales in the summer, stocks up on antiques, recent college books in good condition( a hot seller), etc etc, and sells them on ebay. theres other ways to get started but im not sure what they are. you could call local companies or businesses that sell certain items, and ask if somehow you could be hired as an ebay representitive. You'll list and sell their items on ebay for them, etc. (you'd have to work out some time of payment....like maybe they'll sell you the items at cost, you'll list them on ebay for a certain price and keep the profit)

I hate start up fee companies! They're freakn' scams! I got scammed a few times by those people who make the "make money with adsense...blah blah blah". What they don't end up telling you is that you end up spending a lot of money on advertisment costs.
Anyways, there are a few companies that DO let you experiment with the idea of making money without any fees but you have to go through a lot searching to find them. I tend to list some sites on my blog. I add to it when I can. Not much time since I also have a full time regular job. But yeah, it's worth reading.

free; however there are some out there that are next to nothing.

You can find hundreds of work at home jobs and depending on your skills you will get paid well, it doesent matter your experience, as a freelancer you can use your current skills and knowledge to get the jobs you want from home...
