Yep. You should go to freecodesource.com, in the codes section they'll have a part where you can make many more like the hearts.

You can type the special ASCII characters by holding down the ALT key then typing in the ASCII numerical code on the number keypad. ⥠⦠⣠â
Note: This does not work if you use the numbers across the top; you have to use the keypad. ...so if using a notebook/laptop you have to turn on numlock and use the corresponding keys.
