You turn your attentions elsewhere.
Given time and distance, your infatuation WILL fade and you will be able to find happiness elsewhere.

What is that extraneous thing that will make the difference in your life, is it a BMW? an expensive apartment? jewellry and gold?
This is our problem today, we want, we want, and we want!
We never stop and look at what's already there.
Our focus on things we don't have makes the things we already have of low or no value at all.
Think about what you have, and be thankful. Others don't have a thing that we consider today a basic.

if he's involve in that thing that will make you happy, talk to him, and if he really loves you, he will be willing to participate and give you everything that will make you satisfied... but if he has nothing to do with it, sit and critically think, is that thing will really make me happy? will it change my life for the better or it wud just be a temporary madness that im craving for now? goodluck!
