how do I get a model rocket license for engines with more than 62.5 grams of propellant?

I've been to the ATF site, but can't find the correct information. Can anyone help?

Model rockerty is awesone! I hope you are having fun! If I am not mistaken the FAA(Federal Aviation Adminstration) may your next step.
Because when your rocket goes to higher altitude aircraft become a concern.
