what was it that sara found out about miles when she went into the office,because i didnt get it?

i do believe it is because the picture shows miles, his dad and sara's ballet teacher(cant remember name) and they are all related. Sara finds it a shock because miles has been telling her how bad his childhood has been. (and maybe coz his "mother" is evil)
