Sometimes service quality may not meet customers' expectations. What do you think is the reason for the poor quality?

In the airline industry, much of the quality problems are a result of the drop in prices. Many airlines have cut back services to try to compete. A few (like Southwest) have lowered expectations so passengers don't expect as much from them.

this might be a little off topic, but i was at this restaraunt one day with my fiance, and we had barely bagan to eat and were having a nice little conversation, and another waitress assumed we had finished eating and took our plates! we were barely started. i won't go back to that restraunt ever again. :)
