is it just me or were the judges extra harsh with blake and chris
and not harsh enough with hallie admit it she kinda sucks as does sanjaya what do you all think

No it's not just you. They seem to be really hating on the boys. Haley did stink I mean have you seen the performances Blake and Chris have put out they too have really great voices. Just because they feel one performance isn't good that does not mean they stink all together.

I personally liked the way Chris S. (who got very bad remarks) did Endless Love. I have always hated that song, but actually liked his version. I think Blake is over-rated. Sanjaya sucks and should have gotten booted off a long time ago. The other Chris - the one they usually like, I don't think he's that good. Hallie was not that good, but better than Sanjaya. I personally think that the tall bald guy (can't ever remember his name) is actually one of the better singers, he just needs to start picking the right songs.

I find it odd that they are always saying make this song your own. They when people do. They say not to change the song. I do think that Blake need to show us that he can sing and not just entertain. Sanjaya does need to go home. I think Hallie was to hard on herself. What she did sing she sang well and didn't just stop like the guy who got kicked off did. She might might be at the top but she should stick around for few more weeks. A side note I almost always agree w/Simon.

This show is getting weary. As predicted, A. Idol rolled out Motown songs for the top 12's first debut. And as predicted, the judges lambasted each of them because they didn't "bring a fresh perspective " to the song. How the heck do you bring a fresh perspective to some 25 year old Diana Ross song???
Haley and Sanjaya... like nails on a chalkboard.

The fact is, Blake and Chris tried to change classic Motown songs and it just didn't fit. You don't mess with classics...especially when they're that well-known.
They actually were kinda harsh with everyone(except Melinda, LaKeisha, and Jordin). Think they laid off Haley coz she was doing a pretty good job of kicking herself in the **** for flubbing the song! As for Sanjaya, it's no use to keep telling him how bad he is, anyone with ears can tell that, but America is going to keep voting him in because....well I have no idea why! I just wish they would stop!

they were a bit tough on them.....Sanjaya needs to go....but he has all the little girl votes.....hallie, I am not impressed with...And I think the poular girls are just too old for this competition. I want to see someone young and fresh, not an aretha franklin impersonator!

They want a woman to win...they've made more money off the female AI winners, Kelly, Carrie and Fantasia. So, they'll be busting the men's chops every week, probably, so that they'll all get sent home.

American Idol is a horrible waste of airtime. It's disgraceful that as a society, this has somehow become popular. It's almost as bad as wrestling. I watch The Science Channel.... but then again, I don't live in a trailer.
