yes, but i heard it was called a post nup. and it was suppose to be so that incase you gained alot all at once after you were married, and maybe one spouse feels the other one isn't trust worthy you can get it, but the trick is to get them to sign it. ??? ya know.

If someone can after me with a contract like that I would wonder what their intentions would be. To be honest Why would this even be a concern if you have a healthy marrage.

It would be one thing if you owned a family house and did a pre-nup. but to do something after your married would really make me scared that the person was intending on divorcing me.

You can't have a prenup AFTER you marry. A pre nup is BEFORE the nuptiuals (wedding) If you're married you have already had your nuptiuals...

PREnuptial agreements are not for POST marriage.... so no i haven't.

you didn't make yourself clear. are you getting a divorce?

if you are married NOW, the home you live in belongs to both you and your wife in the eyes of the court.... doesn't matter whose name is on the house...

if you are paying child support and worried about losing your house, contact an attorney or paralegal who is experienced in divorce and child support matters. they could probably give you the best advice.

normally, child support is paid from your income, and your personal property isn't liquidated in order to pay child support.
