when you get your tounge percied do they freze it or not

It hurts for like 1 split second...then a few hours of swelling. No biggie. (yes they freeze it with a piece of ice....)

they do not freeze it they put anestisia or wutever on it dey let ur tounge numb den then they clamp ur tounge stick the needle in and pull the tounge ring through. u feel like a like sting n thats it. afterwards is when it gets bad. u should not be playin with it and dont talk as much. if u do every chance u get try to suck on sum ice to make da swellin go down and to make it feel better i got my tounge pierced and took 5 people to go get it done after me they all said it didnt hurt. juss go for it i promise it wont hurt and afterwards ull be glad dat u got it done. good luck

My friend Andre had it done, it looks sore but he said it did nt hurt. His was not frozen just clamped & percied.
I think it gets in the way when kissing but I dont want any more holes in my body, only the natural ones.

they don't freeze your tounge, they just put a clamp on it to hold it in place while they're piercing it. i've had mine pierced twice, and it didn't hurt at all. your mouth will just be sore for a few days, but as long as you follow the instructions from your piercer and rinse with listerine often, you'll be fine.

sorry, don't know don't have any piercings....I heard it's just a pinch, sorta like when you get your ears pierced....
