I know the usual wind etc that I have at the moment are normal but what about headaches and needing to drink more (feeling de-hydrated a lot). I'm very early stages (about 5/6weeks) and have suffered MC's so am being very cautious this time and eating right and looking after myself.

I too am early stages of pregnancy and find I am dehydrated too even though drinking lots of water - I have heard it is normal. The headaches thing is definitely normal. Try not to worry and relax - enjoy your pregnancy x

Always make sure you are drinking plenty of water it isnt 8-10 glasses you should make it about one maybe two bottle an hour especially if you are feeling this way. I had really bad headaches before and the doctor said they will come and go but the best way to not get one or make one go away is to rest alot and eat a full serving to where you arent hungry. Hope you get better good luck and congratulations my son will be one next wednesday and i am trying for another.

any one will tell you that during pregnancy you must drink your 8 cups of water and at least 1 cup of juice every day. the headaches can be from a number of reasons. pregnancy can bring stress to the body. the blood that is needed to be delivered to the baby may not be circulating through your body fluently which can cause the headaches. not drinking enough fluid can be the reason and plain out stree is the #1 factor. rest, eat and drink right and try to put your feet up if your not laying down

Hello. I know what you mean. I'm 5 months p.g. I suffer from headaches and MC's too. But I was not drinking enough water. Try to get in your 8 glasses of water a day and relax with a nap. You'll be o.k.

I had severe headaches, in early pregnancy my blood tests showed I was low in iron, since taking tablets prescribed by midwife my headaches went in a few days. But get checked out to be on the safe side:o)

Drinking more is normal, however to be on the safe side ask your doctor about doing a check for diabetes. It is possible to have pregnancy related diabetes which would have those symptoms. It's probably not that but it wouldn't hurt to speak to the doctor about it, better safe than sorry.

Good luck,
