Haha - well in President Bush's world where you can hold "secret" trials before "secret" judges, not allow the defendant to participate, but can sentence them to death, yes, confession after isolation and torture is legal.

I mean, why only revert partially to an antiquated and tyrannical form of justice that precludes all due process? If youre gonna do it, make sure to include isolation and torture.

Give me a break. They were not tortured. Yes, they were incarcerated for that time. But, they have not been tortured. The International Red Cross and Amnesty International has had a protest every time one of their cells had an air conditioner break down. The Marines that are guarding them have tougher living conditions.

( renowned, humorous, slutty in specific cases, they drink, do sexual stuff to get interest, pass classification yet get sturdy grades). I continuously thought it replaced into weird and wonderful what number time-honored youngsters have been athletic and on the A-honor roll. The cheese transforming into on bushes project is humorous, yet i think that ought to take place. There are people who're so stupid, so, so stupid and this is worse in little ones.

Hey, confessing is always legal. The isolation & torture, on the other hand... let's just say their legality is rather debatable.

Bush has just given his dreaded statement of support for attorney general Gonzales - just as he did for Rummy and Brownie. With any luck, the democrats in the senate won't rubber stamp another pro-torture hatchetman as the next AG.

Nice, you liberals will be the downfall of this country. Have you been by the side of KSM for all of his time here to personally witness this or are you just assuming we live in an evil country.

Why is it that we feel the need to tie our hands behind our back. If someone raped your wife, you would offer them a condom.
