im desparate to loose weight by the summer so went on a diet...for once i am sticking to it!! im nearly 12 stone in weight and repulsive!!
ive been dieting for a week now but i dont feel im doing enough exersise but i cant seem to manage more...im starting the day with a piece of fruit and for luch i eather have a jacket potatoe (no butter) and fresh prawns or low collorie chicken noodle soup,for tea i have lettuce,jacket potatoe and boiled egg and cottage cheese.i have been exersising for 30 minutes(squats,jogging,star jumps ect) every morning.and also go for a 2 hour walk about 2 times in the week,my whole body is killing me as im not used to it!.ive only lost 2 lb so far.ive lost 3 inch round my weist but i dont feelim doing enought. i wached a program last night about a woman that done 5 hours a week.i only exersise week days as kids are home week ends and dont get time.and advisE???

3 Inches is Fabulous. Remember muscle weighs more than fat.

Don't go too hard on yourself. The trick to lose weight through exercise is lots of cardio(eg running long distances, swimming etc). Ultimately, even if you do lots of sit ups everyday, without cardio, there will still be a layer of fat over your muscles. Also, try to jog very slowly, but for more than 45 minutes each time. You should see the effects soon.

Stick to it! The first while can be the hardest for some people, if you are still having not lost enough weight after a few months, I'd advise going to see a dietician to work out a personalised scheme for you as we all have little quirks, if I diet I always need to cut out starch totally (somehow it's not unhealthy for me, I have no idea why)

Exercise every other day so you wont get sore muscles.
Your routine sounds great.
I say eat what you want and just stay active and take some
vitamin C.
