im desparate to loose weight by the summer so went on a diet...for once i am sticking to it!! im nearly 12 stone in weight and repulsive!!
ive been dieting for a week now but i dont feel im doing enough exersise but i cant seem to manage more...im starting the day with a piece of fruit and for luch i eather have a jacket potatoe (no butter) and fresh prawns or low collorie chicken noodle soup,for tea i have lettuce,jacket potatoe and boiled egg and cottage cheese.i have been exersising for 30 minutes(squats,jogging,star jumps ect) every morning.and also go for a 2 hour walk about 2 times in the week,my whole body is killing me as im not used to it!.ive only lost 2 lb so far.ive lost 3 inch round my weist but i dont feelim doing enought. i wached a program last night about a woman that done 5 hours a week.i only exersise week days as kids are home week ends and dont get time.and advisE???
