No. I once saw a show where an actress was talking about being a cadaver on CSI. She was talking about how cool it was when she saw the finished product and how dead she really looked.

It would violate medical ethics to use real cadavers. Actors in heavy make up pose as cadavers for the shows. (The aliens in movies are not real either.) On the TV cadavers, the entrance and exit wounds look convincing but there is usually no lividity or little decomposition. The Xrays may be real.

Absolutely not. There was a special on TV special effects and they showed a bunch of the "bodies" they use. They use a lot of the same ones over and over and just change the make-up and clothes on them.

Considering that maybe half of the bodies are filmed live on the show before dying, it's safe to say that it's a bunch of makeup. :)

No, they are not real - they are either 'live' people with makeup or artifcial people in the case of body parts etc
