that ought to recommend 2 issues. while you're speaking approximately gas fumes it ability the the casing of the muffler has been compromised and is leaking carbon monoxide fumes that ought to get into your motor vehicle and make you ill or kill you. in case you recommend that there is a liquid dripping out of your tail pipe once you close the motor vehicle off this is water produced by using combustion. it is not risky and is a common element. If the liquid smells like gas the engine is working thank you to wealthy and this is a unfavorable condition for you and the motor vehicle engine.

You may or may not have a problem. It's normal for some water or condensation to come out of the exhaust pipe when you first start the engine. If you continually get the water, have a compression test ran on the engine and see if you have a blown head gasket.

most of all the previous answers are good and right, however to save from having to replace you muffler before it's time, make sure that at the rear end and at the bottom of your muffler, that there is a small hole drilled into the muffler, this is to allow moisture to drip out so your muffler won't rust. The hole is in the end cap of your muffler

If it leaks water, there is nothing to worry about. If it's oil or anything else, you have a blown head gasket.

Means the engines running! That's what you get when you buy "FORD"!
Gee "FORDMAN" why a compression test? Wouldn't dumping 6 gallons of anti freeze in the radiator everyday be clue enough?
