You'll be fine, but if you are worried talk to your doctor. I could not eat during my first trimester either. I pretty much lived on the three things I could keep down(pepsi,saltines and cheese and the prenatal vitamins among other vitamins my doc gave me). And I hate soda, but pepsi was all I could handle for the first 3 months, then it was water and tea(mixed). As long as you are taking the vitamins you will be ok and the baby too. But maybe you can try eating chicken with little or no season on it.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I did not want to eat and the smell of food made me sick. You should try eating oyster crackers just a few at a time. Hopefully you are taking prenatal vitamins, so you are getting some nutrition. Also try to drink plenty of fluids so you don't get dehydrated. I have heard that sucking on lemon drop candy works for nausea!!! Good luck!!! it should get better after the first trimester!!!

A lot of people don't eat the first trimester, don't worry about it. Just do your best. Take Emetrol (OTC med. Perfectly safe during pregnancy unless you are diabetic) or suck on hard candy to help the nausea. Try light meals like fruit, crackers, yogurt. Remember to take your prenatal vitamins...you'll be fine. Good luck.

It will get better I promise! I just went through this i'm 10 weeks and I went about two and a half weeks eating practically nothing.Take your pre-natal vitamin and try your best to drink liquids you gotta keep hydrated or it will make it worse.Last Sunday I started eating T-bones and i've had one every night since exept last night when I had Pizza and I threw up this morning.So I think you need to figure out 1 thing that makes you feel better

its normal. many women actually lose weight in the first trimester. don't worry. soon enough you'll be gaining it back and then some. as long as your not doing anything harmful to yourself like drinking or smoking or any drugs then i think it will be fine. try eating saltines and soda water.

You'll be fine. I lost weight the first trimester of my pregnancy. Keep up your prenatals and eventually you'll get your appetite back, with a vengeance.

Im going through this now and crackers have saved my life. Also try eating bland chicken...nothing on it at all to keep your protien up. And try flavored water if your sick of plain water!

If you're eating normally and not going on a fast you should be fine.
I heard once that you're not eating for 2 when pregnant, you're eating for one and a baby.
If you're worried, call up your doctor, but it should pass.
