PS: If I wanted marital advice such as "don't" or "Talk to him" I would have posted this in the Marriage/Divorce Section. I'm looking for technical help.

Thanks!

I've had some experience in spying for fun and I will tell you how you can go about doing it. Download a stealth key logger. And install it on his computer. When he is done using the computer access the program by doing the code (ie press control + f+ e. depending on the particular software you have) and read the keystrokes he made. Remember to delete it off of the start menu and memorize the code in order for him to not see it. Try to get one that won't be picked up by a virus scanner.

There's no easy way to do this, and I am assuming that you're not a proficient hacker. Without physical access, you would have to break down whatever firewalls his computer and/or network at work have installed and plant a worm or macro to log keystrokes or activity. Could be pretty hard to do, and is completely unethical.
With physical access you could upload a keystroke program or attach a logger onto the back of his keyboard to slurp his activity for you. Also completely unethical.
Instead of going through all this trouble though, you really should just sit down and speak honestly with your spouse- since you are asking to be educated about a process that could break up your marriage and land you jail time if you are caught.
Be smart, talk it out.
