and i keep saying it and trying to understand how it would be like if there was nothing, nuthing, nothing...
why it makes me feel good?
it makes me kinda relaxed....why?...i do this since i was a little kid

It works for you like a meditation mantra. When you are able to focus all of your thoughts on that one topic it makes everything else fade. Meditation helps the mind by removing all of the worries and cares of the day and life by focusing all of your mental energy on that one topic.

Because most of the parents use often the word ''nothing'' in their expressions when they try to chill out their babies : ''there's nothing to be afraid of!'', ''nothing will harm you while you're with me'', ''nothing is more important than you''. Maybe you heard this word many times when you were little and now it is a synonym for security to you.

It could also send you round the twist.

Fact there are more people incarcerated in mental hospitals over this than anything else. However, if it makes YOU feel good then think of nothing!
