Uniden sells phones that tell the length of your phone call, immediately after hanging up, on the handset. You can find them at Wal-Mart.

Even if you find one, the person that you are checking on will be able to delete the evidence.
better to just record the calls.
(radio shack, record a call $29.99) you can record the call without the other person knowing the recording starts as soon as any extention is picked up, therefore you can hide the recorder in your room or closet.
