Now a days, fake note checking machines are available in the market. Generally, banks and big organisations purchase such machines and maintain to check fake notes received from public. Fake note detectors available @1,500/- from ACCURA Cash Counting Systems.

Every currency note there is one silver thread & second thing on head of gandhi u will see a logo if u see in light

Look for
1) the silver thread
2) water-mark of gandhi ji
Better still go to the bank & ask them to conform (they have a special UV radiation machine to detect the fake ones)
