for the past 2 years my (now) bf has seen me in the hall and wanted to meet me. Then about 5 months ago we were put in the same class together where we were placed in a group for a project and started talking. I had never seen him before then but he said that he had hoped we would have a class together. We started dating on christmas and have been happily together since then. We think that it must mean something when we were put in the same class then we were put into the same group. He's dec. 20 '88 and i'm Oct. 27 '89. Did our signs have anything to do with this or is just random.

Horoscope signs had nothing to do with this, however, if you want to get into the stars, and positions of the moon, etc... I have no idea. Probably just good luck.
But, be careful, because your sign and his signs don't match up. He's a Sagittarius/Capricorn cusp, and you're a Scorpio (whoo, scorpio pride), so if he's more Capricorn than Sagittarius, you have nothing to worry about. Otherwise, watch out.

Astrological signs mean nothing. They are using some knowledge about you(your birthdate) and using vague descriptions that can apply to anyone, and then coming out with horoscopes that are also vague enough to be personalized by anyone.
You can test this by asking someone their sign if they don't really know, then describe an entirely different sign's description to them, and see if it sticks.
Besides how many millions of people share your birthdate? How many people in your school will have the same signs as you and your boyfriend? If signs had something to do with it, wouldn't you also have the same shot with at least hundreds of people in your immediate vicinity? And millions or billions of people globally?
This is 2 people clicking, it's magic in itself, don't try reading even more into it, it takes away from the experience, enjoy yourself.
Oh and it's not that you shouldn't believe in paranormal things, just keep a skeptical mind, there's a lot of swindlers out there.

lets just say that everything happens for a reason. your signs do not have anything to do with fate. It was just time for you two to finally meet. You may have had other things or someone else in your life at that time when he first saw you, but so he could not approach you yet. Or maybe it was things in his life, but all in all once the timing was right cupid did the arrow thing and now look you have someone who is worth having. Do not question it just enjoy it.
