Are women more likely to get angry at their coworkers than men are?

It seems that many women seem to be constantly angry with their coworkers over petty or minor disputes - while most men seem to be able to totally forget about minor workplace disagreements when they go home at the end of the day.

Why is that?

Women are more likely to _act_ angry than men, but there's more variation between individuals than genders.

For example, I'm a woman and everything rolls off my back, but I've got a male friend who gets mad at everything.

For some retarded reason women are trained to let out every single emotion they feel, and blow up their reaction a million times.

I find it really annoying,

Its not that they are more likely to get angry, its that they are more likely to express their anger. Men can be mad at you and say nothing to indicate that emotion, due to the lack of ability, or sockial constraint to express their emotions. Women just say what they feel and usually respond emotionally as society would have them behave.
