She needs to call a lawyer sooner rather than later. The "peeper" should be fired and your friend should be paid for ANY time missed from work. She also should not have to work in the same office with the peeper anymore so she whould stay away until the peeper is fired then return to work. The company will change it's tune once a ;awyer is involved.

She doesn't have much recourse since she quit, but the employer and peeping employee need to be reported to the police and State Labor Department.
Might also want to warn other employees that there is a freak boy peeping at them in the restroom.

Quitting was a bad decision simply because it put the ball in her court not her employer's. Basically, the most important thing is for her to contact her state's human rights division. Unfortunately, by quitting, especially after only one day, she didn't develop a the "pattern" that they would be looking for. I would suggest she contact an attorney, but it may not help her much.

The police should have been called in on this matter. The hole should have been plugged. The lass in question had she had a spray bottle of something like perfume with her ought to have sprayed it into his eye. Gone to see who is walking about with a sore eye, and matched the other one for him. I know that is not legal, but what he did was not ethical nor legal either.
Cheers

She should talk to a lawyer. She may have a legitimate suit against her employer.

I would suggest that she call around to several attorneys that specialize in sexual harrasment cases and ask them what she should do in this matter. Or maybe you can do it for her.
