IT COULD MEAN ONE OF MANY THINGS......
1. They're hungry.
2. Its lunch time.
3. They need to feed their starving child and have no money.
4. They are homeless and want a sandwich
5. They think your hands are pretty and they want you to touch their food.
6. They like the way you say NO.
7. They want to mount you and thats how they put it into words...
