Madison, WI. It is the state capitol. Great, laid back city. It is really only fun in Summer, though. Also, you should go to Milwaukee,WI during Summerfest. It is a great two-week music festival.

go to navy Pier in Chicago .trust me you haven't been to Chicago.because if you were then you would no that the pier is the best place for family's in march with the weather.
