Depends on what his hobby is. For instance my pisces loves anything john deere related, so i give him something john deere and i include a funny, yet romantic card and a home made birthday cake.

It depends on if he's born in February or march. I'm a march Pisces (that's how u spell it) and us march Pisces are really laid bk (basically homebodies). The february pisces are more outgoing. but whatever u do, if ur of drinking age, involve liquor. We drink like fishes (not alkies) LOL. Pisces love massages and touchy feely stuff. So why not take him to the spa and get couple massages (pisces are always a lil stressed from over thinking) in the same room or u can spice up the bedroom, play dress-up and be the massuse urself. have fun :-)

pisces are dreamy people who live in their own world, therefore, do find out what his world is all about. he might not lack anything, but, there is definitely soemthing that he just cannot get enough of =)

I'm a Pisces( you spelled Pisces wrong) and i like things that are different people say that i live in my own world and if your a cancer that means your smart and your smart enough to figher out what he would like just think and it will come to you
