Absolutely. If you are using my tax dollars to go to school to obtain and do drugs, then you should not be allowed to attend. I have no problems with this or the 4th ammendment. Are they not violating the rights of others to attend a safe public school? Which should we be more concerned with, violating the rights of a law breaker or violating the rights of law abiding citizens?

i believe, schools should drug test students...i go to a public high school and i see student walking around high or drunk all the time and it causes a lot of trouble and a lot of times fights. Most students who are the ones using the drugs at my school are ones no one would ever expect to be using and if schools had drug test the students would stop because theyd be afraid of getting caught and the ones who keep using would hopeully get kicked outta school and it would decrease some problems

I'm pretty sure the rights of citizens in the US pertains to those of tax-paying age, typically adults. Minors don't have rights, their parents are responsible for them.
But no, drug testing shouldn't be a prerequisite for school registration/attendance.

Seeing that Drugs are illegal no, it does not. They should be drug tested everyday. It would really cut back in teenage drug use.

I feel that drugs are a big issue in schools and that is not acceptable. Don't bring them to school, don't do them at school and don't sell them at school. Other then that whatever you wan to do on your free time is okay with me.

Unless you are on probation the school should leave you alone. There is no reason to waste a bunch of money to see who might smoke pot.
