Yes, one could do like a jumping jack motion allowing the penis to slap against the stomach while jumping; get on all fours and "pump" blood into the penis with like muscle contracttions like horses do; rub against something; do the OK hold around the penis and "pump" blood or muscle contractions, (this is usually referred to as Kegel exercises) however this is using the hands, not quite what your question criteriaed, but just the fingers.

Yes and no. You can use something elce other then your hands to masturbae like a hot tub or shower jet, I would use my bed sheets to help me out. No you can't not use your mind alone. Both sex organs male and female need direct stimulation of the parts to make it happen. The defination of mastrubation:
Masturbation refers to sexual stimulation, especially of one's own genitals and often to the point of orgasm, which is performed manually, by other types of bodily contact (except for sexual intercourse), by use of objects or tools, or by some combination of these methods.
Notice the word stimulation and no where does it list the mind alone as a tool for this.
Just use your hands instead.

Not really masturbating if there's no physical stimulation, but you do ejaculate eventually if you don't masturbate, just from the pressure of built-up semen. I had a friend who insisted he never masturbated and could ejaculate whenever he wanted to (I never made him prove it). Somewhere I saw something about making someone look at hardcore porn without being allowed to masturbate until the sexual tension alone made them ejaculate. So, yes, I guess it's possible to do it without touching yourself. Of course, rubbing up against something will do it, too, like humping your mattress or a duffel bag, but I assume that isn't what you mean. Also, anal intercourse can rub against the prostate gland enough to cause an orgasm and ejaculation.
