How do you cope..?

How do you cope with a work colleague who is 25 years older, with an old mentality and who doesn't keep up with our work pace and who, strangely enough, is in a leadership position? He cannot be removed but is very difficult to work with.

Simply do your job to the best of your ability. Everything else is outside of your control.

this is tough , the only thing you could do is go with the flow and do your part ..
